The natural way to improve your sleep

​You may be surprised by is just how beneficial relaxing on a massage table can be for your sleep.
Sleep is a great healer but many of us today find we have times when it's difficult to drop off. However, it's been found that regular massage sessions can help decrease  anxiety and improve the quality of your sleep, It is thought that one reason is that a massage helps release serotonin, a neurotransmitter that can help you feel calm.
